What is AMC Athena?

What does “agentic” actually mean here?
Most enterprise AI is a chat box or a scoring model. Agentic AI is software that is given a goal and works toward it: it plans, it calls tools against your real systems, it takes action, and it escalates to a human at the points you define. In Athena, the agents ship pre-built against the ERP so you get value without building anything first.
What can the integrated AI agents actually do?
They operate 24/7 across your enterprise to autonomously handle complex workflows, predict supply chain and demand shifts, manage inventory risks, and deliver actionable resource allocation decisions. The pre-built agents cover demand planning, inventory risk, resource allocation, maintenance planning, non-conformance triage and compliance monitoring.
How do we stop agents from taking actions we don't want?
Agents hold role-scoped tool permissions — they can only touch functions their role authorises. Every decision and action is written to an immutable audit trail, and any workflow can require explicit human-in-the-loop approval before it commits. You choose which decisions an agent may take alone.

Does AMC Athena support on-premise and sovereign deployments?
Yes. Athena is purpose-built as a Sovereign AI platform, providing options for complete on-premise execution or private sovereign cloud setups to maintain strict data gravity and defense-level information security. It also runs air-gapped, with no outbound connectivity, and hybrid where you want both.
Is our data ever sent to a third party?
Not unless you decide it is. The agent runtime, models, embeddings, vector stores and audit logs all live inside your perimeter. Nothing in the product depends on an external inference API.

Is AMC Athena available as a standalone module?
Yes. The architecture is highly modular. All modules — including QHSE, AthenaLMS and document management — can be independently installed, configured and licensed according to your organisational scale. Many customers begin with QHSE or document management and expand from there.
What do the licence tiers look like?
We publish list pricing per organisation per month: $999 for a 10-user pack, $6,999 for 100 users and $9,999 for 1,000 users. The charge is per organisation, and module licensing is arranged alongside it. Reach out to us to discuss implementation and rollout plans for your specific scale.
